| 摘 要： | 一级公路由于缺乏对接入的管理，造成接入口经常发生交通事故，使得一级公路成为事故率最高的公路．论文首先分析了一级公路的交通特性，然后对接入口交通特点、交通安全影响因素以及存在的交通安全问题进行分析，最后分别从政策管理和运营设计两方面阐述了接入管理在一级公路接入口交通安全中的应用。

| Abstract: | Traffic accident rate of lst-grade highway is very high in our country for lacking of access managing, so, traffic accidents often happen in the exits and entrances on the highway. First, the paper analyzed the traffic character of lst-grade highway, then the traffic characters, influential factors and traffic safety problems in the exit and entrance Finally, the paper studied on the application of access management in traffic safety on the exit and entrance in lst-grade highway in the aspects of policy management and operation design. |
