| 摘 要： | 湘桂铁路永州-柳州段既有能力与设计年度预测客货运量不相适应,以提高铁路输送能力和旅客列车速度为改建目标,在分析永州至柳州段现状技术标准的基础上,提出在永州-柳州段全段保留既有线(单线)的基础上新建双线,最终形成三线运输组织模式的方案,本文研究新建双线的主要技术标准、车站分布,并对其行车量和车流组织进行探讨.
