| 摘 要： | 城市开发区享有国家优惠政策，在土地利用方面具备老城区所没有的优势，成片开发的模式较为常见，道路用地相对富余，路网规划应有其自身特色．土地利用特征是路网规划重要的参考因素，道路两侧用地和道路所处区位决定了在该道路上运行的交通流性质。本文在分析开发区独特的用地特，最和布局型式基础上，提出相应的开发区路网规划所应注意的几个问题，涉及道路网形态、道路等级、道路级配、道路横断面、对外道路和货运道路等六个方面。反思由于开发区用地的某些负面效应而导致在路网规划中存在地一些“先天性”缺陷，从道路规划的角度对用地布局提出更高的要求。 |
