基于振动诊断技术的机车辅机轴承故障检测探讨与实践

摘    要:铁路现代化高速重载的发展对机车质量的要求也不断提高。运用振动检测技术对机车辅机轴承故障进行检测,对掌控机车质量是一种行之有效的检测方法。论文介绍了JL-601A机车走行部检测系统和JL-201A机车轴承便携式检测仪的检测原理,并选用振动加速度有效值及峭度系数作为评判轴承故障的简易诊断依据,对机车辅机轴承故障检测进行探讨与实践,并取得良好效果,提高了检修效率,保障行车安全。

Abstract:With the development of modern railway of China, the quality requirements of the locomotive is rising due to heavy-load and high-speed. Using the vibration technology to detect auxiliary locomotive bearing fault has become an effective method to control the quality of locomotive. This paper introduced the principles of the running gear fault detection system JL-601A and the portable bearing detection system JL-201A. The effective values of vibration acceleration and peakedness coefficient were used as the simple judging standards to detect the bearing faults. The bearing fault detection practice was done and some satisfied results were got, which can promote the maintenance efficiency and guarantee the running safety.
