| 摘 要： | 铁路危险货物集装箱运输发展相对缓慢,与水运危险货物集装箱运输存在不协调之处,限制了危险货物集装箱的铁水联运。通过比较铁路与水运在运输的危险货物品类、集装箱运输条件、相关技术设备等方面的差异,分析危险货物集装箱铁水联运的不协调因素。最终对铁路方面提出了优化危险货物品名表、改善危险货物包装条件、优化危险货物集装箱材料、优化集装箱专用车等发展对策,以促进危险货物集装箱铁水联运的发展。

| Abstract: | Slowly developing of railway container transport of dangerous goods could not coordinate with water transport well, and limits the development of container combined transport of dangerous goods. By comparing the dangerous goods category, container transportation conditions, and related equipments of railway and waterway, the disharmony factors were analyzed. The countermeasures that the railway should optimize the list of dangerous goods, improve dangerous goods packaging, use better container materials and improve the container car were put forward for promoting the development of container rail-water transport of dangerous goods. |
