摘    要:沥青回收试验是沥青再生技术的关键试验之一,回收后沥青的可靠性决定了对旧料沥青的性能分析的准确性。本文在传统的沥青回收试验方法基础上,提出了加大CO2通气量,确定最佳后续加热时间等试验方法的改进。将改进方法应用于某工程,所得测试结果表明,改进后的试验有效地防止了沥青在回收过程中的二次老化,并使得试验结果更为准确。

Abstract:Asphalt recovery test is one of the key tests of the recycling of asphalt concrete technique, the analysis accuracy about the RAP' s nature depends on the reliability of recovery asphalt. Based on the traditional asphalt recovery test method, an improvement of increasing the ventilation of CO2 and the determination of the optimal time after the temperature of miscible liquids reached 160℃ were made in the article. The tests proved that the improvement experiment could prevent the ageing of asphalt effectively in the testing process, and the test result is more accurate.
