摘    要:在统计、分析管制员工作负荷和使用管制员工作负荷模型的基础上,提出一个受不同扇区规划数目约束的扇区结构划分的数学模型。作者采取多变量有约束非线性整数规划法简化了算法流程,并给出了算法解法步骤;在MATLAB平台上,通过编辑算法程序,实现了非线性算法运算功能,完成了扇区结构优化的计算机实现。通过对广州终端区空域进行扇区结构优化设计,根据数据对比得出扇区结构优化后各扇区工作负荷与工作负荷平均值的相对误差由原来的1104s/h降低到134.4s/h,验证了扇区结构优化数学模型的可行性和非线性算法的有效性。

Abstract:Based on balancing the workloads among air sectors, and by adopting the management workload model, an air space sector structure dividing mathematic model, constrained by different sector numbers, was presented in this paper. Meanwhile, the algorithm steps were proposed by the authors. A program was composed based on the platform of MATLAB, and the calculation can be carried out on a computer. Comparing the example's result we get that the relatively difference between each sector's workload and the average value at Guangzhou terminal airspace decreases from 1104 s/h to 134.4 s/h, the reasonability of the algorithm and the effectiveness of nonlinear programming is verified.
