摘    要:为了研究水泥在乳化沥青就地冷再生混合料中的作用机理,评价了不同水泥和乳化沥青含量的就地冷再生混合料路用性能,包括水稳定性、强度性能和高温稳定性。同时,根据扫描电镜测试(SEM)分析了水泥冷再生混合料、乳化沥青冷再生混合料和乳化沥青一水泥冷再生混合料的胶浆表面微观形貌。研究结果表明,水泥的加入从整体上有效地提高了再生混合料的水稳定性、强度性能和高温稳定性。SEM分析表明水泥水化物和沥青形成的胶浆复合物形成的空间立体网格结构在乳化沥青冷再生混合料中具有“加筋”作用,水泥有效地提高了乳化沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanism of cement to the cold in-place recycling mixture of asphalt emulsion, its performances including the moisture stability, mechanical performance and high temperature stability were evaluated according to the different cement and asphalt emulsion contents. Additionally, the surface micro-profiles of the three mastic classes were observed using Scan Electron Microscopy (SEM). The mastics included cement mastic, asphalt emulsion mastic and cement-asphalt emulsion mastic. The results indicated that the addition of cement can improve the recycled mixture' s moisture susceptibility, mechanical performance and high temperature stability. SEM analysis showed that composite mastics consisting of cement hydration products and asphalt film formed a spatial structural network which has fiber reinforcement effect in asphalt emulsion recycled mixture, and the addition of cement improved the properties of cold in-place recycling mixtures of asphalt emulsion.
