高速公路养护工作区全寿命周期费用(LCC)分析

摘    要:针对养护工作区全寿命周期费用是高速公路全寿命周期分析方法的重要组成部分,而目前国内对于养护工作区全寿命周期用户费用分析还基本处于空白的现状,对这一领域进行了基础性研究。介绍了国内外对于养护工作区的定义,对养护工作区全寿命周期用户费用组成进行了分析,提出了养护工作区全寿命周期用户费用分析流程及费用分析中所必需的燃油消耗及用户延误费用等计算模型,最后结合实例进行了计算分析。结果分析表明所建立的养护工作区全寿命周期费用流程及相关模型对于完善高速公路LCCA方法是必要及有效的。

Abstract:According to the fact that the life cycle cost(LCC) of expressway maintenance work zone was an important component of LCCA,and the research on the LCC of work zone was basically blank,some fundamental works should be implemented. Some definitions of maintenance work zone in home and abroad were introduced and the user cost components of maintenance work zone were analyzed. The full life cycle cost analysis process of maintenancework zone user and the key models such as the fuel consumption model and user delay model were presented. Lastly,an example was given. The result indicated that that process of the analysis and the key models were very useful and effective to LCCA.
