| 摘 要： | 所需通信导航监视（CNS）性能的研究对在可接受的安全目标水平（TLS）和空域环境下安全间隔标准的确定具有重要意义。本文首先探讨了所需CNS性能在国内外的研究现状，然后介绍了所需通信性能（RCP）、所需导航性能（RNP）和所需监视性能（RSP）的概念，最后分别给出了各性能的参数指标，为建立基于CNS性能的平行航路和交叉航路下的碰撞风险评估模型奠定了基础。
