空中交通拥挤评价方法探讨

随着中国民航运输业的持续高速发展，由于空中交通繁忙而产生的拥挤及航班延误也越来越严重。尽快建立科学的空中交通拥挤评价方法，已经变得十分迫切和重要。根据我国空中交通运行特点，在借鉴国内外地面交通拥挤评价成果以及全面对比分析地空交通拥挤评价指标的基础之上，作者提出了一套适合我国空中交通拥挤评价指标体系，并将状态分类评价法应用到该空中交通拥挤评价中。然后，通过对某机场跑道交通运行状况的综合评价，验证了该评价方法的可行性。本丈提出的评价方法不仅有效地发现了航班运行中发生的拥挤，并且为航班的运行控制提供了有效的支持。

Research on the Methods of Air Traffic Congestion Measures

With the rapid development of civil aviation, the air traffic congestion problem and flight delay is becoming more and more serious. A scientific index system for evaluation the air traffic congestion, which helps the scientific management of air traffic management （ATM） units, was put forward in this paper. According to the existed requirements, having analyzed the characters of the air traffic congestion, and compared the air traffic congestion with the urban traffic＇s, an index system of air traffic congestion evaluation was gotten, which is practical in the air traffic management of our country. Then, An example was given to test the method. It is proved that the method is rational and exact.
