摘    要:为了分析纤维格栅增强机场水泥混凝土双层道面加铺层的荷载应力,采用ANSYS建立机场双层道面三维有限元模型,以J-8飞机荷载为计算荷载,选取机场水泥混凝土道面加铺层层底最大拉应力、层间剪应力、旧水泥混凝土道面板底最大拉应力、加铺层表面弯沉为考察指标.计算了机场双层道面层间接触对荷载应力的影响,并利用正交设计分析机场道面结构参数对荷载应力影响的显著性.研究表明:层间摩擦系数对机场水泥混凝土加铺层层底拉应力与层间剪应力影响较大;机场水泥混凝土双层道面各结构参数对加铺层层底最大拉应力都显著相关,应该作为机场水泥混凝土加铺层设计的主要分析指标;加铺层厚度和基础弹性模量与所考察的4个指标都显著相关.因此,在进行机场水泥混凝土道面加铺层设计时,必须重视基础处理技术并合理控制加铺层厚度.

Load Stress of Double-layer Airport Pavement with Fiber Grid Reinforcement

Abstract:In order to analyze the load stress of double-layer airport pavement concrete overlay, the 3D finite element model of the double-layer airport pavement was established adopted ANSYS. Taking J- 8 as the computational load, the tensile stress of pavement overlay, the shear stress, the tensile stress of old concrete pavement and the pavement overlay's surface deformation were calculated as analytic index. The load stress under different degrees of interface bond was analyzed, and the significance of pavement structural parameters to the load stress was analyzed by the orthogonal design method. The result shows that interface bond friction coefficient has great influence in the tensile stress of pavement overlay and the shear stress. Material parameter of each structure layer is significant correlation to the tensile stress of pavement overlay, it should be the key index of load stress of double-layer airport pavement. The thickness of pavement overlay and the modulus of base are significant correlation to the four analytic indices, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the base reinforced technology and to control the thickness of pavement overlay during the design of the cement concrete pavement overlay.
