摘 要: | 在集装箱港口中,泊位跟岸桥作为2个非常重要的资源,它们的优化配置,对整个港口的运作以及客户对港口服务的满意度有十分重要的影响.文中建立了一个对泊位与岸桥资源同时进行优化配置的混合整数规划模型,采用两阶段分解算法进行求解,对港口泊位与岸桥资源进行协同优化配置.并考虑了岸桥有工作范围,同时允许岸桥在工作中进行调整.用一个算例,证明该模型在对2种资源的优化配置方面有理想的效果.

Abstract: | Berth and Quay Crane are two of the most important resources in a container terminal. It is very important to optimize berth and quay crane during port operations. A mixed integer programming model is established to optimize both berth and quay crane resource by using a two-stage decomposi- tion method, in order to optimize both berth and quay crane together. The work scope and the adjust- ment of the quay crane are considered. After that, an example is used to prove that the model is use- ful. |
