摘    要:为减少大型起重机操作训练模拟系统的开发风险并缩短调试开发周期,提出了基于开放式系统及COTS技术的计算机模拟系统的开发方法.分析了开放式体系与COTS组件相结合的方法内涵及实施步骤.结合所开发的新型大型起重机操作训练模拟系统的原型系统,说明在系统的主要模块设计和系统整体设计等2个层面上应用该方法如何保证了系统功能的优化和快速实现,同时预留了进一步降低成本和易于升级换代的灵活性.

Crane Simulator Development Based on Open System and COTS Technology

Abstract:In order to reduce the potential uncertainty and the development cycle time involved in devel- oping complex large-seale crane simulation system, this paper proposed an approach based on the open system and COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) technologies. The methodological implications to uni- fy the open system and COTS technologies are analyzed and the implementation procedures are prede- fined. With the successfully-developed prototype system as an example, the paper demonstrates how the proposed approach is applied to ensuring system function optimization and rapid realization in terms of main system modules design and the overall infrastructure design. Another advantage of the approach is that it reserves large predictable enhancement space for the prototype system developed for further product cost reduction and easy product upgrading and updating based on the system scalabili- ty and flexibility.
