摘    要:为减少大面积航班延误带来的机场拥堵和安全隐患,提出了将解决延误航班调度过程转化为求解流水车间调度问题(flow-shop scheduling problems,FSP).以航空器总体调度滑行时间最小为目标,建立延误航班滑行调度模型,设计多粒子群算法求解模型.算例分析表明,该调度模型较之比FCFS方案在一个高峰时段内能减少14.2min调度时间,提高了机场运行效率.

Emergency Airport Taxi Scheduling Strategy with Flight Unexpected Delays

Abstract:In order to reduce the unexpected flight delays and insecurities in hub airport, an integrated taxi scheduling model based on flow shop policy for emergency flights is proposed. The optimized strategy took minimum delays as objective function to establish the emergency scheduling model, and designed a particle swarm algorithm to solve the problem. The case study shows that the new model can significantly reduce total taxi time by 14.2 minutes and improve operational efficiency.
