摘    要:阐述了螺旋桨粘性流场中敞水性能预报的步骤和方法.包括螺旋桨二维型值转为三维型值的计算方法、螺旋桨三维建模中的注意事项、计算域的选取、网格划分方法、边界条件设置方法等.以某定距桨为例,通过分块划分混合型网格,采用CFX软件预报了桨的敞水特性,计算值与试验值比较,能够取得较高的计算精度,基本满足工程使用的需要,从而验证了该方法的可行性和适用性.

The Application of CFD Technique in Prediction of Propeller Open-water Performance

Abstract:In this paper the process and method of prediction of propeller open-water performance in viscous flow field are presented.It is included that the mathematic expressions of changing the planar offsets into three-dimensional ones of propeller,the attentions in building propeller geometry model,the choosing of the computing area,the method to partition the mesh,the setting of boundary conditions and so on.A FPP is taken as an example,the open-water performance is predicted by CFX software with mutil-block hybrid mesh.By comparing the calculating results and experimental numbers the former can reach high precision and satisfy the requirements in project.It shows that the CFD method is feasible and suitable.
