摘    要:在可拌和时间试验基础上,设计了破乳率试验和温度变化试验,结果表明水泥自身吸水、水化反应"需水"以及水化反应物的生成,促进了改性乳化沥青的破乳,提高了混合料的早期强度.水泥水化产物能够切断混合料内部相连微孔,填充乳液中水分蒸发形成的空隙,并与沥青膜相互交织形成空间网络结构,全面提高了混合料的路用性能.水泥20min、水泥40min是原样水泥分别球磨20,40min后的产物,因具有更大的比表面积,其促破、增强以及对路用性能的改善效果比水泥原样更显著.

Influence Law of Cement on the Performance of Microsurfacing Mixture and Its Mechanism

Abstract:Based on the conventional mixable time test,the author designed demulsification ratio test and temperature variation test,research results showed that cement water absorption,hydration reaction needing water and hydration reactants generation promoted the emulsion breaking and reinforced the mixture′s early strength effectively.Hydration reactants cut off mixture′s internal micro porous,filled voids formed by emulsion water evaporation,and composed a spatial network structure with asphalt membranes through mutual interleaving function,then improved the mixture's performance whole fully.Cement 20min and cement 40min have an more obviously effects on breaking promotion and strength enhancement,because the have larger specific surface area after milling technology.
