沥青路面高温车辙仿真分析研究

摘    要:基于粘弹塑性理论粘弹塑性本构关系,运用ANSYS软件建立了津滨高速改扩建新建沥青路面车辙分析的有限元模型,对比分析了优化路面设计方案(GTM法)与原设计方案(Marshall法)路面车辙的发展规律。结果表明:GTM法优化设计方案具有较好的抗车辙效果,显著延缓了车辙病害的发生;永久变形主要由绝对车辙引起,侧向隆起仅占4%,沥青路面车辙主要产生在结构表面以下20cm深度范围以内,主要集中在4~10m范围,这部分的永久车辙变形约占总变形的60%。另外,进行了一系列重载作用下的路面车辙模拟,对基于车辙等效的轴栽换算进行了探讨,提出轴载换算系数为5.62,对今后的基于车辙为控制指标沥青路面设计具有重要的指导意义。

Study on Asphalt Pavement High Temperature Deformation Based on Creep Model

Abstract:The elastic-viseoplastie theory is applied to study the permanent deformation of asphalt mixture, and a creep model was adopted for its good agreement with actual result. ANSYS,the finite element model technique, are employed to simulate and investigate rutting of Jinbin expressway asphalt pavement and compare optimized pavement design(GTM method) and original pavment design(Marshall). Results is indicated that, optimized design had better rutting resistance, which postoned rutting maintaince time; pavement rut consists chiefly of absolute rut, and lateral upheaval only accounts for 4%; pavement absolute rut is composed primarily of rutting in the layer within the depths of 4cm~20cm,especially within the depths of 4cm and 10cm. In addition, pavement ruts are simulated trader a series of loads, and the axle load conversion indices are obtained by the rut equivalent method. For the adopted structures, the indices is 5.62.
