沥青混合料生产级配响应分析

摘    要:为研究生产级配在原材料和生产工况波动情况下的变化规律,利用矩阵模型,计算不同冷料级配、上料配比、除尘条件及筛分效率时sMA-10的生产级配,并与标准级配进行对比.各影响因素的波动范围依据行业规范要求或实际生产统计结果.研究结果表明:各因素独立波动时,SMA-10生产级配变化不大.相对而言,S,。级配和6mm(30仓下限)筛网筛分效率波动的影响最显著,其生产级配波动极差分别为4.7%和5.1%;原材料波动会引发除尘条件和滞筛系数联动,原材料一滞筛系数耦合波动加剧了生产级配波动,而原材料一除尘量耦合则减少了生产级配波动;在各因素波动极值叠加的最不利条件下,SMA-10生产级配波动极差为7.6%.

Response analysis of the job-mix formula gradation of asphalt mixtures

Abstract:To study the variation of the job-mix formula gradation in the case of changes of raw materials and production factors,the SMA-10 gradation under different cold ag- gregate gradation,feeding ratio ,dust conditions and screening efficiency were calculated with the matrix model and compared with standard gradation. Fluctuation range of each factor is based on industry specifications or actual production statistics. The results show that SMA-10 gradation changed little when each factor independently fluctuated. In gen- eral, the fluctuations of $16 gradation and 6 mm (3~ cabin lower limit) sieve screening efficiency affected the job-mix formula gradation significantly, and its range were 4.7% and 5.1~, respectively. T. he change of raw materials could make the dust conditions and screening efficiency changed. The change of raw materials and screening efficiency could aggravate the fluctuation of the job-mix formula gradation. The change of raw materials and dust conditions could reduce the fluctuation of the job-mix formula grada- tion. Fluctuation range of SMA-10 gradation was 7.6 % in the worst conditions of super- position of all the factors.
