西安地区汉人GPT遗传多态性研究

摘    要:用琼脂糖-淀粉混合凝胶电泳法结合特异组织酶染色技术,对汉族人群红细胞谷氨酸转氨酶(GPT)的遗传多态性进行研究。结果表明:该方法灵敏快速,分辨率高。GPT可分为GPT1-1型;GPT2-2型;GPT2-1型。基因频率GPT1为0.5368,GPT2为0.4632,符合Hardy-Werinberg平衡定律。GPT分型在人群个体间的识别DP值为0.6249,是法医个人识别和亲权鉴定非常有用的遗传标记,也可作为异体骨髓移植成功在接的诊断指标。

Abstract:The genetic Ploymorphism of Glutamic pyruric-transaminase (GPT) in the Hans red cells was carried out by using agar-starch mixed gel electrophoresis and tissue special staining. The method was proved to be sensitive, hish-speed and with high resolution .The GPT fell into three categories: GPT1-1, GPT2-2 and GPT2-1 phenotypes, in which the gene frequencies of GPT1 and GPT2 were 0.5368, 0.4632 respectively, according with Hardy-Weinberg Epuilibrium Law. The individual identiflcability of GPT in Hans DP was 0.6249.This is a very useful genetic marker for the forensic medicine paternity test and individual identification,and also for bone marrow transplantation as a diagnosismarker.
