硒对培养心肌细胞缺血缺氧的保护作用

摘    要:向培养的乳鼠心肌细胞,在缺血缺氧时加入不同剂量的亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3),发现适量硒使缺血缺氧时的心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放减少,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性增加,同时能降低雨二醛(MDA)含量。且增强心肌细胞膜的流动性;而超量硒能加剧心肌细胞缺血时的损害。提示:适量硒对培养心肌细胞缺血缺氧的损伤具有保护作用;超量硒函则加重其损伤。

Abstract:We added sodium selenite to ischemia and hypoxia culturaling myocardial cell medium. The results showed that proper dose of selenium could reduce the quantity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) released by ischemia and hypoxia cells,the activity of Glutathione peroxidase (GPX) increasde. At the same time, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in myocardial cells could be reduced, and the fluidity of myocardial cells' membrane also be increased. Whereas excess seleniumcould increase the damage to myocardial cells duringischemia. So we think that proper dose of seleniumhas protective effect on culturaling myocardial cellswhen they are ischemia and hypoxia and excess selenium has opposite effect.
