| 摘 要： | 目的探讨C-myc蛋白在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达情况及其与肿瘤恶性程度之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测40例脑胶质瘤组织标本中的C-myc蛋白表达情况。结果C-myc蛋白阳性染色主要定位于脑胶质瘤细胞的胞浆或胞核中,其表达强度与脑胶质瘤的组织学分级相关,随着脑胶质瘤恶性程度的增高,C-myc的表达强度和阳性细胞百分比也随之逐渐增加,各级之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论C-myc蛋白在脑胶质瘤组织中呈过度表达,并与脑胶质瘤的恶性程度密切相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of C-myc in gliomas and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of C-myc in 40 cases of gliomas was examined with immunohistochemical technique.The relationship of the expression of C-myc with the histological grades of the gliomas was analyzed.Results C-myc overexpression in the gliomas and the level of the expression were related to the histological grades of the gliomas.With higher malignancy,the expression level increased.The expression of C-myc in the gliomas of different grades was significantly different.Conclusion C-myc overexpression in the gliomas is related to the tumor malignancy. |
