赖氨布洛芬的解热镇痛和抗炎作用

本(?)对赖氨布洛芬(Ibuprofen-Lysine IL)的药理研究表明:IL25、50mg/kg iv 或10、25 mg/kg im 对伤寒-副伤寒甲乙混合菌苗致热家兔均有解热作用,且强于安乃近。对酒石酸锑钾性小鼠扭体反应,IL25、50 mg/kg sc 均有明显抑制作用;连续7天给药对其镇痛作用不产生明显耐受性。在2天内给小鼠7次scIL,累计剂量达350或525 mg/kg 后,再sc 烯丙吗啡50 mg/kg 催(?),小鼠均无跳跃反应等戒断症状,初步说明IL 无吗啡样的依赖性.IL25、50、100 mg/kg sc 对小鼠角叉菜胶性足跖炎症、二甲苯性耳壳炎症及醋酸性腹膜炎症均有明显抗炎作用.

ANTIPYRETIC ANALGESIC AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECTS OF IBUPROFEN-LYSIN(IL)

Ibuprofen-lysine(IL),a salt,was synthesized fromlbuprofen and Lysine by us.IL25,50 mg/kg iv or 10,25 mg/kg im showed antipyretic effect on rabbits inducedby typhoparatyph(?)id vaccine.Antipyretic effects of IL arestroger than that of analgin.Mouse writhing response testwas used to study the influence of IL on analgesia andits tolerance in mice.The writhing response in mice wasinhibited after sc IL at a dose of 25 or 50 mg/kg.AfterIL 50 mg/kg sc everyday for 7 days tolerance ofanalgesis in mice was not induced.After IL 350 or 525mg/kg sc within 2 days,challenyed with nalophine 50mg/kg sc,the mice showed no jumping respons(?) butthe mice showed jumping response on morphin group.Theri body weights increased after IL,but decreased aftermorphine.IL 25,50,100 mg/kg sc showed an-ti-inflammatory effect on mice induced by carrageenin,dimethybenzene or acetic acid.Guantity of PGE_2 in in-flammatory tissue was decreased.
