摘    要:本文介绍了血清氯化物的硝酸铁—硫氰酸汞微量比色测定法。其操作方法简便,线性关系、精密度、准确性及呈色稳定性均好。亦适用于分光光度计及自动分析仪的应用。经实验选用波长535 nm,可有效的消除黄疸色素及一般溶血的干扰。用血量少、快速、准确,适用于临床生化实验室批量检测,推广应用,可明显提高工作效率。

Abstract:The article introduces a micro colorimetric method of iron nitrate-mercury Ⅱ thiocyanate to quanfitate chloric ion in serum. It is easy to operate, Its linear relationship, exactitude and developing colour stability are all very good. It is suitable for the application of the spectrometer and the auto analysis instrument. The experiment shows that the best wave length 535 nm can be used to dispel effectively the interfering of thc jaundice (hepatogenous) pigment of the hemocytolysis (hematogenous pigment This method makes use of less blood, and it is rapid, exact. So it is suitable for the batch examination examples in clinical biochemistry laboratory. To spread the method the efficacy can be raised effectively.
