| 摘 要： | 本文报道了16例新生血管性青光眼在手术显微镜下行前房内植管术的治疗效果。其中15例作了3～26个月的随访,14例取得了令人满意的疗效。表明这种方法具有组织损伤小,减压效果确切的优点,因此,值得推广。

| Abstract: | The treatment of neovascular glaucoma by microsurgical technique with implant in the anterior chamber is presented in this paper. 15 out ot 16 cases were followed up for 3～26 months after operation. Satisfactory effects of treatment have been obtained in 14 cases. This procedure is, therefore, recommended as it has the advantage of lesser destruction during operation and sulfficieut decompression. |
