低硒大鼠骨骼肌琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的组织化学观察

摘    要:本文用分别补充VE(100ppm)的低硒(0.011ppm)和加硒(0.084ppm)饲料饲养并繁殖大鼠。血硒测定表明,母代和子代的低硒组均明显地低于母代和子代的加硒组(p<0.01);新生子代低硒鼠的骨骼肌硒含量亦显著地低于新生子代加硒鼠。但是,组织学上未检见实验大鼠骨骼肌的病变。组织化学上,新生子代鼠的骨骼肌纤维对Nitro BT染色不呈现A、Ⅰ和An型骨骼肌纤维的分型。母代和子代低硒大鼠骨骼肌的A型和Ⅰ型肌纤维的数量及A/A+Ⅰ比值同母代和子代的加硒组相比无明显差异(p>0.05)。结果表明.在补充VE的低硒情况下,大鼠骨骼肌琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性不受硒缺乏的影响。

Abstract:Rats were fed low-Se diet (0.011ppm) or Se-supplemented diet (0.084ppm), and both groups were supplemented VE 100ppm respectively. Selenium analysis revealed that whole blood selenium concentration of rats fed low-Se diet was far lower than that of those fed Se-supplemented diet (P<0.01); the skeletal muscle selenium concentration of the newborn offsprings of the rats fed 1ow-Se diet was about two times less than that of those Brom the rats fed Se-supplemented diet. Histologically, skeletal muscle lesions were not found in both groups. Histochemically, types A, I and An skeletal muscle fibers were not observed in the skeletal muscle tissues of the newborn rats. There were no significant differences in the number of types A and I skeletal muscle fibers and A/A+I ratio between the rats fed low-Se diet and the rats fed se-supplemented diet. It was noted that skeletal muscle SDH activity was not influenced by selenium deficiency in the rats fed low-Se diet with adequate VE.
