| 摘 要： | 作者对110例年龄35岁～70岁的女性乳腺增生症患者,使用X线摄影及细针穿刺细胞学检查,诊断出早期乳腺癌23例,占20.9%。与手术后病理诊断对照,X线摄影的诊断符合率为79.3%,细针穿刺细胞学检查的诊断符合率为92%。指出乳腺X线摄影和细针穿刺细胞学检查的联合检测,是早期诊断乳腺癌的一种高度敏感而有价值的诊断方法。

| Abstract: | 110 femal patients aged 35～70 with breasthyperplasia had been examined with mammographyand fineneedle aspiration cytology. Among thesecases, 23 were diagnosed as early breast cancer. Itaccounts for 20. 9% (23/110). The diagnostic accu-racy of mammography was 79. 3%. The diagnosticaccuracy of fine-needle aspiration cytology was92%. It indicates that the combined mammogra-phy with fine-needle aspiration cytology is a highresponsive and valuable diagnostic method in ear-lye discovery and early diagnosis of the breast cancer. |
