| 摘 要： | 本文报道我科于1985年5月～1987年7月应用5-氟脲嘧啶120h 持续静脉滴注加顺铂治疗21例晚期食管癌的近期结果。在可评价疗效的19例中完全缓解1例(5.5%),部分缓解8例(42.1%),稳定4例(22.2%)进展6例(31.5%),有效率47.6%。本文对影响疗效的诸因素和毒性反应作了分析,认为此方案可作为晚期食管癌的姑息疗法或为综合治疗中的一部分。

| Abstract: | From May 1985 to July 1987,21 non-prior chemotherapy patients with advanced esophageal cancinoma were treated with 120-hour continuous infu-sion 5-Fu and cisplatin.19 patents completed at leastone to three cycle treatment.Of these,1 achieved com-plete response(5.5%),8 in partial response(42.1%), 4 was no change(22.2%)while 6 patients hadprogressive disease(31.5%).The overall responserate was 47.6%(9/19).The toxic effect was tolerablein most patients.The factors which influences responserate were discussed.The authors suggest that thisregimen should be used for palliation or part of com-bined modality therapy for the patient of advancedesophageal carcinoma. |
