| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了吻合血管神经的拇趾甲皮瓣移植拇指再造术的适应症、手术方法和临床效果。并阐明手术的优点是:再造的拇指外形、感觉和对掌功能好;对供区影响小;适应症广泛。缺点是:缺乏掌指,指间关节;供区创面愈合较慢,有待进一步改善提高。

| Abstract: | In this article, the indications of operative technique and clinical results of reconstruction of thumb by big toe nail-skin flap with neurovaseular anastomosis are discussed. The advantages of this operation ars as follows. 1 )The contour of the reconstructed thumb is better than that reported by others. 2)The functions of sensation and movement are satisfactory. 3) There is less influence on the blood supply area of the foot. 4)The indications are wider. The shortcomings are the lack of interphalangeal and metecarpophalangeal joints and the wound of the big toe heals slowly. Thus, this procedure needs further improvement. |
