| 摘 要： | 目的 了解汉中市农村人口 1997～ 2 0 0 0年死亡原因及潜在寿命损失 ,以便制定相应的预防措施。方法 应用国际疾病分类方法对资料进行编码、归类、统计。结果 总死因分布中 ,居前五位的是 :循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病 ,潜在寿命损失年居前五位的是 :损伤和中毒、肿瘤、其他疾病、新生儿病、循环系统疾病和传染病。结论 必须着力于改善农村的医疗条件及卫生观念 ,加强农药的管理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cause of death and potential years of life lost (PYLL) in Hanzhong rural population from 1997 to 20 00. Methods The data of death cause were coded, classified and counted by ICD-9. Results The top five death causes were circulatory diseases , neoplasms, injuries, respiratory diseases and digestive diseases. The leading PYLL causes were injuries and poisoning, neoplasms, neonatal diseases, circulato ry diseases and infectious diseases. Conclusion The conditi on of medical treatment and sanitary conception should be improved. Pesticide ma nagement should be strengthened in this area. |
