| 摘 要： | 采用VCAD±DE／F－TBI方案预处理，移植经微波高温42℃1h净化的自体骨髓1.6×108MNC／kg，含GM－CFU5.7×104/kg，全环境保护，治疗急性白血病（AL）8例，非何杰金淋巴瘤（NHL）2例。结果：9例植活，3年无病生存率9／10例，无重要并发症及复发，移植半年后恢复工作。

| Abstract: | 8 patients with acute leukemia and 2patients with Non-Hodgekin's lymphoma receivedautologous bone marrow transplantation. All ofthem were administered by VCAD±DE/F-TBI conditioning. The number of infused MNC was 1. 6×108/kg and the number of GM-CFU was 5. 7×104/kg. The harvested bone marrow in vitro was purgedwith microwave and heating(42℃, 1 hour). The patients were kept in the reverse isolation room withthe total enviromental care. The results showedthat 9 of 10 cases were successful. The rate of 3year disease free survival was 90% (9/10). All 9 patients had no severe complications. Each of the patients had gone back to work respectively in half ayear of post-BMT. |
