| 摘 要： | 应用肺间质性病变的动物模型，对其早期HRCT征象及演变过程进行了研究，并和病理学对照。发现在异常影像中，出现最早的是肺小叶间隔增厚、小叶核增粗、支气管血管束增粗。其次为小叶间隔模糊、支气管血管束边缘模糊、毛玻璃样改变、CT值增高、实变和胸膜增厚等。作者认为在肺间质性病变的不同时期HRCT表现的病理基础依次是肺间质内的充血、水肿、渗出、浸润和结缔组织增生。

| Abstract: | The early HRCT findings and pathologic correlation was studied by using the animal model of pulmonary interstitial disease. Among the abnormal findings, the most early discoveries were the thickening of pulmonary lobular septa, widening of lobular core, and then thickening and haziness of lobular septa,ground glass opacity,widening and margin haziness of bronchovascular bundles, increasing of CT density, consolidation, and pleural thickening, etc. The pathologic bases for different period appearances on HRCT were as f0llows: congestion, edema, exudation, infiltration, consolidation, and byperplasia of connective tissue in pulmonary interstitium. |
