| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨内源性哇巴因 (EO)在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤组织中表达的意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白 过氧化酶连接法 (SP法 )检测EO在嗜铬细胞瘤组织中的表达。结果 血压与EO在嗜铬细胞瘤组织中的表达呈现相关关系。伴有血压升高的嗜铬细胞瘤患者 ,其瘤组织中EO呈弥漫性强阳性表达 ;而EO在不伴有血压升高的嗜铬细胞瘤患者则呈现阴性表达。结论 EO与嗜铬细胞瘤所致的高血压关系密切 ,为其进一步研究提供了有价值的形态学依据。

Significance of the expression of endogenous ouabain in pheochromocytoma |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of endogenous ouabain (EO) in pheochromocytoma.Methods The expression of EO in pheochromocytoma was detected with immunohistochemical Streptavidin/Peroxidase(SP).Result The level of blood pressure correlated with the expression of EO in pheochromocytoma tissue. EO showed a strong diffused positive expression in patients with pheochromocytoma accompanied by high blood pressure, but a negative expression in those with normal blood pressure.Conclusion EO is closely related to blood pressure caused by pheochromocytoma, providing a morphological foundation for further research. |
