摘 要: | 1.以大白鼠为实验对象引导出了DRP,为今后以DRP为指标,探索突触前抑制与电针镇痛关系的研究提供了较方便的实验动物。2.刺激大白鼠穴位可以引起DRP,刺激不同节段穴位;可在同一背根上引导出DRP;长持续电针大白鼠足三里穴,在电针过程中可以引起DRP增大,表明电针可以引起并加强突触前抑制,电计可以镇痛,说明突触前抑制可能是电针镇痛中枢机制的一部分。

The Dorsal Root Potential and Its Relation to Electro-acupuucture in The Rat |

Abstract: | 30 male rats weighing between 250 and 400 gms were used. The recorded dorsal root potential (DRP) revealed a high degree of similarity with thosepreviously described in other species (toad and cat). DRP could be evoked homosegmentally as well as heterosegmenlally bycupuncture stimulation (Zu-San-li point, Qu-Chi point, Yin-Tang point,etc). Furthermore, the amplitude of DRP was increased by a long-lasting(16min.) electro-acupuncture delivered by a G-6805 type device. It is thereforeconcluded that electro-acupuncture analgesia is at least in part exerted viapresyna plic inhibition in the spinal cord. |
