珞巴族ABO血型系统遗传多态性分析

摘    要:目的 研究中国珞巴族人群ABO血型系统遗传多态性及与其他 19个族群间的遗传关系。方法 采用玻片法检测并分析了西藏地区珞巴族 12 1人份ABO血型分布 ,应用网络生物信息资源 ,收集西藏昌都、林芝、拉萨、山南、日喀则、那曲藏族 ,青海贵南、黄南、西宁藏族 ,甘肃藏族 ,云南丽江藏族 ,内蒙古蒙古族 ,宁夏回族 ,陕西、河南、山东、福建、广东汉族 ,广西壮族等 19个族群的相应资料 ,计算他们间的遗传距离 ,并进行聚类分析。结果 珞巴族ABO血型系统中 ,有较高的基因频率r(0 .7370 ) ,p为 0 .1911,q为 0 .0 973。遗传距离分析显示 ,珞巴族与南方壮族距离较近(0 .0 5 79) ,其次为云南丽江藏族 (0 .0 6 92 )和西藏林芝藏族 (0 .0 84 4 )及西藏、青海其他地区藏族 ,最后与中国其他主要民族汉、蒙、回族聚在一起 ,聚类分析与遗传距离分析结果基本一致。结论 珞巴族在遗传上与藏族的关系近于其他主要民族

Abstract:Objective To study the genetic polymorphism of ABO system in Luoba Ethnic Group in China and the genetic relation between Luoba and other 19 ethnic groups. Methods The ABO blood group distribution of 121 Luoba people who lived in Tibet was detected and analyzed by glass sheet technique. The data of ABO blood group system in 19 populations were collected from network resources (viz, Chuangdu, Linzhi, Lasa, Shannan, Rikaze, Naqu Tibetan in Tibet Autonomous Region, Guinan, Huangnan, Xining Tibetan in Qinghai Province, Gansu Tibetan, Yunnan Lijiang Tibetan, Mongolian, Ningxia Hui, Han in Shaanxi, Henan, Shandong, Fujian, Guangdong province, Guangxi Zhuang), and the genetic distances and cluster analysis were calculated among Luoba Ethnic Group and other populations. Results There was high gene frequency of r (0.7370), p=0.1911, q= 0.097 3 of ABO system in Luoba Ethnic Group. The results showed that the genetic distance between Luoba and Guangxi Zhuang was closest (0.0579), followed by Yunnan Lijiang Tibetan (0.0692), Linzhi Tibetan (0.0844) and other Tibetan living in Tibet and Qinghai and Gansu Province, finally clustered with other main ethnic groups in China (viz. Han, Mongolian, Hui) by analyzing genetic distances among Luoba and other populations. The results by cluster analysis coincided with those by genetic distance calculation on the whole. Conclusion The genetic relation between Luoba and Tibetan is closer than that with other populations.
