| 摘 要： | ASA ～ 级上腹部手术患者 5 0例 ,随机分为咪唑安定静注组 ( 组 )、肌注组 ( 组 )和氟哌啶组 ( 组 ) ,观察用药前后 5、1 5和 30 min MV、RF、SBP、DBP、HR和血气分析等指标的变化。结果 组 MV显著降低 ( P <0 .0 5 ) , 、 组 MV无显著降低。 组用药后 BP、HR显著降低 ( P <0 .0 5 )。三组血气指标无显著性变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。表明咪唑安定可用作硬膜外麻醉辅助用药 ,肌肉注射较安全 ,但应加强监测。

| Abstract: | Selected 50 patients, whose ASA grade was Ⅰ~Ⅱ, to find out the method and security of midazolam used in epidural anaesthesia as an adjuvant. The patients were divided randomly into midazolam iv group (Ⅰ),midazolam im group (Ⅱ) and droperidol group(Ⅲ).The values of MV、RF、SBP、DBP and blood gas analysis were recorded before and 5、15 and 30 minutes after application.MV in group Ⅰ decreased obviously after injection but not in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ.BP and HR in group Ⅲ decreased obviosuly after injection but not in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Values of blood gas analysis in the three groups changed littlely.It indicated that midazolam could be used as an adjuvant in epidural anaesthesia , and more secure in muscular injection, but should be supervised heartly. |
