| 摘 要： | 为观察乌拉地尔在硬膜外麻醉时交感神经阻滞对高血压患者血流动力学的影响 ,采用 HP- 7835 4- 90 DIA型监护仪连续监测 2 4例高血压患者硬膜外麻醉时应用乌拉地尔后收缩压 ( SBP)、舒张压 ( DBP)、平均动脉压 ( MAP)及心率 ( HR)的变化。结果 :用乌拉地尔后 SBP、MAP、DBP明显下降 ,HR无显著变化 ,术中生命体征平稳。可能是硬膜外麻醉辅助氟芬合剂及应用乌拉地尔后三者共同作用的结果。表明高血压患者硬膜外麻醉时 ,应用乌拉地尔降压 ,作用缓和、快速、安全有效。

| Abstract: | This study aimed at observing heamodynamics effection of hypertensive patiens between Urapidil and sympathetic blocks following Epidural anesthesia(EA) .Using HP-78345-90DIA cardiovascular monitoring techniques, 24 hypertensive patients were measured SBP,DBP,MAP and HP continually, during EA trated with Urapidil.SBP,MAP of patients were significantly lower (P<0.01),DBP lower (P<0.05) ,HR didn′t change after using Urapidil.The cooperation effects of Urapidil,EA and innovar could maintain a stable level of SBP,DBP,MAP and HR.Because Urapidil is decreases blood presure mildly and quickly, Urapidil may be an efficient and safe drug for hypertension under the EA. |
