| 摘 要： | 用患有进展期Ｓ１８０肉瘤的小鼠进行的重复实验证实，绞股蓝总皂甙（ＧＰ）对Ｓ１８０肉瘤有明显的抑制作用，使肿瘤生长延缓，肿瘤坏死比率（肿瘤坏死面积ＴＮＡ／肿瘤总面积ＴＴＡ×１００％）显著增加，瘤周瘤内淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润明显增多，荷瘤鼠脾重明显增加，脾白髓动脉周围淋巴鞘显著增大。阿霉素（ＡＤＭ）或５－氟尿嘧啶（５－Ｆｕ）与ＧＰ联用后，上述各指标均明显优于其分别单用，且ＧＰ能明显减轻阿霉素、５－氟尿嘧啶对骨髓的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Our repeated experiments on mice bearing advanced S_180 sarcoma showed that GP could strongly suppress the growth of S_180 sarcoma, increase the ratio of tumor necrosis area(TNA)to tumor total area(TTA)and the infiltration of Lymphocytes, Macrophages in the periphery of tumor and within the tumor,enlarge the spleen of tumorbearing mice and white pulp,especially periarterial lymphatic sheath.When Adriamycin or 5-Fluorouracil was used with GP,the tumor suppression effect of them would be enhanced and the side and toxic effect was lightened. |
