支气管哮喘患儿血内皮素-1和白细胞介素-6水平的变化

目的　探讨内皮素 - 1 (Endothelia- 1 ,ET- 1 )和白细胞介素 - 6(IL - 6)在儿童哮喘发病机理中的作用。方法　采用放免法对 35例支气管哮喘患儿和 2 0例正常儿童进行了血浆 ET- 1及血清 IL- 6水平检测。结果　哮喘急性期患儿血 ET- 1明显高于缓解期 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,缓解期 ET- 1虽有所下降 ,但仍高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,IL- 6水平与对照组相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论　ET- 1水平与哮喘病情严重程度成正相关 ,是反映哮喘严重程度的良好指标。哮喘患儿病情严重者 IL- 6明显升高 ,随着临床症状的好转 ,IL- 6也随之降低 ,IL- 6在哮喘发病机理中起重要作用

Study on the change of the asthmatic children′s ET 1 and IL 6 level in the serum

Objective To explore the role of plasma endothelin 1(ET 1) and serum interleukin 6(IL 6) in the pathogenesis of the asthmatic children.Methods The ET 1 and IL 6 were measured by using specific radio immunoassay (RIA) in 35 children with asthma and 20 healthy as control.Results The plasma level of ET 1 in asthmatic acute attack stage children was significant higher than that of control groups(P<0.01),while in relieving stage the ET 1 level has decreased to some degree, but still higher than the normal level(P<0.05).Serum IL 6 level of asthmatic children in acute attack stage wasn′t different from control groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The ET 1 level shows correlation with severity of illness.There is remarkably different amounts of IL 6 level in asthmatic children ,higher IL 6 level usually indicates that illness is serious.It suggests that ET 1 and IL 6 play an important role in the mechanism of asthma.
