肾衰口服液对大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增殖的影响

为探讨肾衰口服液 (SSOL)的作用机理 ,采用细胞培养与细胞分子学技术相结合方法 ,在大鼠肾小球系膜细胞培养体系中加入该药 ,研究其对系膜细胞 (Mesangial cell,MC)增殖和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF- α)的影响。结果 :SSOL加入 MC培养体系 6 d后 ,MC数 (活细胞个数 )为 4 6 70 0± 3819,明显低于对照组 14750 0± 13919(P <0 .0 1) ;该药抑制 MC增殖作用亦较对照组显著 (P <0 .0 1)。MC上清液中 TNF-α含量对照组为 (8.98± 1.11) mg/ L ,治疗组 (1.6 4± 0 .57) mg/ L ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。提示 SSOL对肾小球 MC增殖有明显抑制作用。

Effect of shenshuai oral liquid on the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cell

To investigate the effect and mechanism of SSOL on the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cell, by means of molecular biological technique in connection with cell culture technique, added SSOL into the culture system, then observed the effect of SSOL on Mcs proliferation and the secretion of TNF α from MC.After 6d of culturing, the amount of alive Mcs of SSOL group was 46700±3819,markedly lower than that of control group 147500±13919(P<0.01).The inhibition to Mcs proliferation of SSOL group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),the function was in dose dependence.TNF α levels in supernate of SSOL group and control group were respectively as follows:1.64±0.57,8.98±1.11(P<0.01).SSOL can significantly inhibit the proliferation of MC.
