冠心病患者红白细胞变形性的测定

摘    要:目的 探讨红白细胞变形性在冠心病发病中的作用。方法 采用核孔滤筛法 ,对 5 2例冠心病患者标准红细胞悬液和标准红白细胞悬液的滤过指数 (Indexoffiltration ,IF)进行测定 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 冠心病患者红、白细胞的IF均较对照组明显升高 ,且以白细胞IF值升高更显著 (P 0 0 0 1 )。这种变化在急性心肌梗死时尤为明显。结论 红细胞及白细胞变形性的降低在冠心病发生发展中起着一定的作用。

The role of ervthrocyte and leukocyte deformation in the oatients with coronary heart disease
Abstract:Objective To study the role of erythrocyte and leukocyte deformation in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Indices of filtration(IF) of standard red cell suspension and standard red and white cell suspension, which were prepared from venous blood of 52 patients with coronary heart disease, were measured by using nuclepore filtration membrane, and compared with controls.Results The IF of erythrocyte and leukocyte was significantly different in coronary heart disease compared to controls. Especialy, the change of the leukocyte IF was more obviously in acute myocardial infarction patients.Conclusion The study indicated that decrease of erythrocyte and leukocyte deformation could take a certain role in formation and development of coronary heart disease.
