| 摘 要： | 报告了寻常性银屑病鳞屑及正常人肩背部皮肤的鳞屑真菌培养结果及抗原皮试反应。寻常性银屑病86例病灶鳞屑中培养出6种真菌；而正常人50名作肩背部鳞屑培养无真菌生长。银屑病患者抗原皮试阳性率：青霉菌75．5％，交链孢霉菌66．2％，烟曲霉菌45．9％，正常人做青霉菌抗原皮试为30％，交链霉菌为10％，经统计学处理有显著性差异，结果提示：当地气传优势真菌引起的变态反应与银屑病的发生可能有关。

| Abstract: | In this study, we report the resultsof fungal culture in scales of psoriatic invovled skinand shoulder-back skin of normal controls， as wellas the results ofantlgenlc skin trial． Six kinds of dermatophytes were found in invovled skin of 86psoriatic patients， but not any kind of fungus wasfound in the scale culture of normal control． In pso－riatic patients， positive rates of antigenic skin trialwere: Penicillium notatum 75．7%． Alternaria66.2％， Aspergillus fumigatus 45．9％， while innormal control， Penicilliwn notatum 30％， As－pergillus funigatus 10%． There were significant sta－tistical differences about our results． The study sug－gests that fungal allergy related to local weather wasprobably a precipitating factor of psoriasis． |
