| 摘 要： | 本文应用特异性的心房利钠因子(ANF)抗体,测定了20例健康人和51例肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者血浆ANF含量。结果表明,健康人血浆ANF含量与HFRS患者有显著性差异HFRS组中,除恢复期外,各期ANF均升高,其中以少尿期最突出;ANF的血浆浓度与病情轻重有一定关系,提示血浆ANF含量的变化与肾功能损害程度有很大关系。

| Abstract: | The changes of plasma levels of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) were observed by adioimmunoassay in patients with hemorrhagic fever renal syndrome(HFRS). Plasma ANF concentration was 975.48±120.9 pg/ml in 51 patients and 264.45±31.48 pg/ml in 20 normal subjects(p<0.0). To a great extent, the elevation range was found correlated with the severty of the disease, and also reflected the degree of renal funtion damage. There was no significant relationship between the concentration of ANF and the value of urine osmolality /plasma osmolality (p>0.05). The significance of measuring plasma ANF concentration in discussed. |
