腹股沟疝患者腹直肌后鞘Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白含量的初步分析

目的分析腹股沟疝患者腹直肌后鞘Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量及Ⅰ型/Ⅲ型胶原比例的变化。方法切取104例开腹手术患者腹直肌后鞘组织,其中合并腹股沟疝者16例,应用免疫组织化学方法(SABC法)进行染色,比较Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白含量、胶原总量及Ⅰ型/Ⅲ型胶原蛋白比例在腹股沟疝组和非腹股沟疝组间的差异。结果腹股沟疝组Ⅰ型胶原含量降低,Ⅲ型胶原含量升高,胶原总量升高,Ⅰ型/Ⅲ胶原蛋白比例降低。结论腹股沟疝患者腹直肌后鞘的Ⅰ型/Ⅲ型胶原比例下降,Ⅰ型胶原含量降低,而Ⅲ型胶原含量增高。腹股沟疝可能是系统性胶原代谢紊乱在腹股沟区的局部表现。

Preliminary study on the content of Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅲ collagen in posterior rectus sheath in patients with inguinal hernia

Objective To investigate the content of collagen type Ⅰ,type Ⅲ and the ratio of collagen type Ⅰ/Ⅲ of posterior rectus sheath in patients with inguinal hernia.Methods Altogether 104 tissue specimens of posterior rectus sheath were obtained during abdominal operation in patients including 16 inguinal hernia patients.The contents of collagen type Ⅰ/Ⅲ were detected using immunohistochemical methods and computer imaging analysis.The data were presented as gray level.The study was to analyze the content of collagen and to observe for differences between inguinal hernia group and control group.Results When compared to control group,inguinal hernia group had less collagen Ⅰ,more collagen Ⅲ,more total amount of collagen,and lower ratio of collagen Ⅰ/Ⅲ.Conclusion The decreased ratio of collagen type Ⅰ/Ⅲ was observed in inguinal hernia patients,with lower collagen type Ⅰ collagen and relatively higher collagen type Ⅲ when compared with control group.Therofore,inguinal hernia can be regarded as a local manifestation of a systematic collagen disorder.
