流式细胞术检测淋巴细胞亚群的研究

使用流式细胞仪检测了１名传染性单核细胞增多症（ＩＭ）患儿不同病期淋巴细胞亚群的动态变化；１２名肥胖患儿及２０名健康对照儿童的淋巴细胞亚群的比较。检测结果：ＩＭ患儿急性期ＣＤ４＋细胞（４．２％）显著减少，ＣＤ８＋细胞（７２．１％）及ＣＤ８＋ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ＋细胞（６６．２％）显著增加，恢复期及完全恢复后，上述亚群即随之好转至完全正常。肥胖儿童与正常儿童比较：ＣＤ３＋细胞、ＣＤ４＋细胞及ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋均明显降低，ＣＤ１９＋细胞、ＣＤ５６＋细胞、ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ＋细胞、ＣＤ２５＋细胞均出现有意义的升高。

STUDY OF LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS BY FCM

Lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were analysed by two-color staining method in one chil with infectious mononucleosis(IM)in different stages. 12 children with obesity and a control group which consists of 20 heathy children were also examined.The results showed that the patinets with acute IM had significantly low CD cells (4.2%)and high CD cell(72.1%)and CD HLA-DR cell(66.2%). In the recovery period,CD cells increased gradually, while CD cells and CD HLADR cells decreased gradually.When the patients recovered compltely, the Lymphocyte subsets above also returned respectively to normal levels. There was a marked difference between the 12 children with obesity and the control group. The CD Cells.CD cells, CD/CD ratios decreased significantly.CD cells,CD cell,HLA-DR cell and CD cells increased meaningfully.
