合生元对烧伤大鼠肠源性感染的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨合生元治疗烧伤后肠源性感染的机制,为烧伤后肠源性感染的防治探求新途径。方法 动态检测大鼠体内的肠道示踪菌JM109易位率和血浆中LPS水平。结果 合生元治疗组大鼠体内JM109易位率以及血浆LPS水平明显低于烧伤对照组。结论 合生元能够快速补充肠道生理性厌氧菌,坚固肠粘膜外微生物屏障,阻止肠道条件致病菌和LPS经肠壁进入机体组织,对烧伤后肠源性感染有一定的预防和治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the mechanism of Synbiotics pre venting and curing intestinal infection after burned, which might be a new a pproach to treat intestinal infection after burned.Methods The rats burned experimentally Synbiotics were fed, and then we detected the level o f LPS in the rats' plasma and the translocation of rats' intestinal flora at dif ferent tims.Results The translocation rate of intestinal flora and l evel of lipopolysaccharide at different times of the rats which were fed with Sy nbiotics were significant lower than that of control groups.Conclusion Synbiotics reagent can quickly supplement the deficiency bifidobacteri a and lactobacilli caused by burned, stable intestine outpost, and inhibited tra nslocation of the LPS and bacteria.
