| 摘 要： | 目的 建立SH SY5Y细胞基因片段文库和一种对大量cDNA片段数据管理系统的方法。方法 采用RD PCR技术构建SH SY5Y细胞基因片段文库 ,并对每一个克隆进行测序。应用FOXPRO编制一个软件对其大量的信息进行系统化管理。结果 应用RD PCR技术建立了细胞的cDNA片段文库 ,由 12 0 0余个片段克隆组成 ;应用FOXPRO制作了基因片段数据信息管理系统的软件 ,对此文库片段的测序数据进行管理。结论 采用RD PCR技术是一个很好的建立基因片段文库的方法 ;建立了基因片段数据信息管理系统的软件进行这个文库数据的管理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To construct cDNA fragment library of SH SY5Y cells and establish a method to conduct the data from the cDNA library. Methods The gene fragment library of SH SY5Y cells was constructed with RD PCR technique. The selected clones were sequenced. A database was developed with computer software FOXPRO.Results The cDNA fragment library consisted of more than 1?200 clones. After sequencing, much information was produced. The database software could be applied for the storage and analysis of the sequence information. Conclusion RD PCR technique is useful to construct library of cDNA fragments, and the database software of gene information has been developed to deal with the data of the library. |
