首发抑郁症患者海马容积的研究

摘    要:目的探讨首发抑郁症患者海马容积的特点。方法采用磁共振成像(MRI)技术检测19例首发抑郁症患者和19例正常对照的海马容积。结果治疗前病例组的双侧海马绝对容积(AHV)以及相对容积(AHV/ICV)均低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组海马绝对容积(AHV)与病程高度相关。病例组治疗后双侧海马绝对容积(AHV)及相对容积(AHV/ICV)较治疗前增加,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论首发抑郁症患者海马容积变化在疾病的发病与转归过程中起着重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristics of hippocampal volume in patients with first-episode depression.Methods The study recruited 19 patients with first-episode depression and 19 gender-and age-matched normal controls,whose hippocampal volume was measured on MRI.Results There were significant differences in bilateral hippocampal absolute hippocampal volume(AHV) and AHV/ intracranial volume(ICV) between the case group before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Hippocampal volume(AHV) in the case group was highly correlated with the course of disease.Bilateral hippocampal AHV and AHV/ICV in the case group increased after treatment,showing significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Hippocampal volume in first-episode patients with major depression plays an important role in the pathogenesis and prognosis of the disease.
