摘    要:目的通过女贞子提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠肝组织抗氧化酶活性和自由基代谢的影响,探讨女贞子提取物对大鼠运动能力的作用机制。方法 24只SD大鼠随机分安静对照组、运动对照组和运动加药组。每组8只。运动对照组进行6周大强度跑台训练,运动加药组除大强度跑台训练外,每天灌服400mg/kg女贞子提取物,体积为2mL。安静对照组和运动对照组灌胃同体积5mL/L Tween-80溶液。6周后安静组在安静时、运动对照组和运动加药组进行1次力竭性运动后取材,测定肝组织抗氧化酶活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果运动加药组大鼠肝组织抗氧化酶活性与运动对照组比较均有显著升高(P<0.05);运动加药组大鼠肝组织GSH含量显著高于运动对照组(P<0.05),运动加药组肝组织MDA含量显著低于运动对照组(P<0.05)。运动加药组大鼠力竭运动时间比运动对照组延长23.09%。结论补充女贞子提取物可以提高大鼠肝组织中抗氧化酶活性,增加GSH含量,减少MDA的生成,延长运动至疲劳的时间。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effects of ligustrum extract on rat exercise capacity by exploring its impact on antioxidant enzymes activities and free radicals metabolism of liver tissues of rats after high-intensity endurance training.Methods Totally 24 SD rats were randomly divided into the quiet control group,the exercise control group,and exercise + ligustrum lucidum group,with eight in each group.The exercise control group had a 6-week high-intensity treadmill training;the exercise + ligustrum lucidum group was fed a 400 mg/kg ligustrum lucidum extract with a volume of 2ml each day apart from the high-intensity treadmill training;and the quiet control group and the exercise control group were fed the same volume of 0.5% Tween-80 solution.Six weeks later,we measured liver antioxidant enzymes activities,glutathione(GSH) level and malondialdehyde(MDA) content from rat liver tissues harvested in the quiet group in a motionless state as well as in the exercise control group and the exercise + ligustrum lucidum group after an exhaustive exercise.Results Antioxidant enzymes activities of rat liver tissues were significantly increased both in the exercise + ligustrum lucidum group and the exercise control group(P<0.05).GSH level was significantly higher but MDA content was distinctly lower in rat liver tissues of the former group than of the latter one(both P<0.05).The exhaustive time extended by 23.09% in the exercise + ligustrum lucidum group compared with the exercise control group.Conclusion Supplementary ligustrum lucidum extract can improve antioxidant enzymes activities of rat liver tissues,increase GSH level and reduce the generation of MDA,thus extending the exercise-to-fatigue time.
