摘    要:目的探讨肌苷对大鼠肌梭传入放电的影响。方法采用分离神经细束在体记录肌梭传入放电的方法,观察肌苷对大鼠比目鱼肌肌梭传入放电的影响。结果分别应用3、6、12mg/kg肌苷注射后,肌梭的传入放电峰值频率均明显增多,且随着药物浓度的升高,其放电频率明显增加,放电持续时间明显延长。结论肌苷可以使大鼠肌梭的传入放电频率明显增加,且呈剂量依赖关系。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of inosine on afferent discharge from rat muscle spindle. Methods We observed inosine’s effect on afferent discharge from muscle spindle of rat soleus muscle by isolating nerve filaments in vivo. Results After injection of 3 mg/kg,6 mg/kg and 12 mg/kg of inosine,the spontaneous discharge from soleus muscle spindle in rats increased and lasted longer significantly in the dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Inosine can effectively increase afferent discharge from muscle spindle of rat soleus muscle in the dose-dependent manner.
